At Authentic Football Club, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that personalized jerseys and final sale items are ineligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or visit our Returns Center with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the printed packing slip or return authorization form.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our system to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
